d38b234a

The calendar contains thirteen different images by the talented Maeve FitzHoward that are guaranteed to make you laugh while supporting innovative independent dance and diversity in the arts.

Only 30 calendars were printed so get yours before they’re all gone! Here’s how:

  • Donate $100 or more and get a MeenMoves 2019 Calendar!
  • Donate $250 or more and your calendar will be delivered by MeenMoves (limited areas)
  • Donate $1000 or more, all the above plus an invitation to a MeenMoves rehearsal
  • Donate $2000 or more, all the above plus a personalised dance phrase (video)
  • Donate $5000 or more, all the above plus a short performance at your home

Please consider donating any amount you can. We appreciate your support.

All donations are tax-deductible and go directly towards the creative process for our 2020 evening-length work to be presented before the next presidential elections as well as our educational initiatives with underrepresented populations.

Thank you for your support!

alternative (f)Acts June 8th and 9th at the Martha Graham Studio Theater

MeenMoves premieres alternative (f)Acts, a sinuous multidisciplinary performance project choreographed and directed by company Artistic Director, Sameena Mitta. This supremely technical and idiosyncratic event features performances by Kathryn Alter, Courtney Lopes, Tyler Schnese, Connie Shiau, and Stephanie Terasaki, and live scoring by Momenta Quartet, in an exquisite rendering of Johns Book of Alleged Dances by John Adams.

alternative (f)Acts invites audience members to question what we think we know and asks us to take a fresh look at the accuracy of our instincts.
